Planned like a brand job.
Music should sound like the people in the room, not like the DJ's last gig.
The Sound Brief
Three words your company uses about itself, the tone to avoid, and who's in the room. Ivy turns your answers into a one-page brief for you to sign off. On the night, it's her run sheet.
Speeches and awards, cued
Every walk-up, award and toast gets its own music cue, timed with your MC. No silences while someone looks for the next track.
A mashup for your team
Your team votes for two songs. Ivy blends them into one mashup for the final moment, made for your function only.
MC, if you want one
Ivy can MC your function as an add-on, from $350: welcomes, walk-ups, awards and toasts introduced and kept to time, from the same run sheet as the music. Have your own host? She makes sure the music knows its job around them.
Working with a planner?
Ivy works to your planner's run sheet, joins the production call, and talks to the client only through the planner.
From arrival to the last song
Easy music while drinks come out, cues through the formalities, then Ivy reads the room so the CFO and the grad team both stay till the end.

Does DJ Ivy MC?
Yes. Ivy MCs as an add-on, from $350, wireless mic included: welcomes, walk-ups, awards and toasts introduced and kept to time, all from one run sheet. If you have your own host or a professional MC, Ivy cues every moment around them.
Is DJ Ivy insured?
Yes. Ivy is public liability insured and ABN registered, and the certificate goes straight to your venue.
Do the prices include GST?
Corporate prices are shown plus GST, with one tax invoice for your accounts team.
Which packages include the Sound Brief and team mashup?
Signature, Production and Epic. Essential includes a planning call and run sheet.
Can we choose the songs?
Yes. Must-plays and do-not-plays go into the Sound Brief or your run sheet.
How do we lock in a date?
A 50% deposit confirms your date and the balance is due 5 days before. December Fridays go first, so check your date early.
Do you work with event planners?
Yes. Ivy works to the planner's run sheet, joins the production call and talks to the client only through the planner.
