Raised in Rio and based in Cottesloe, Ivy comes from both sides of Perth's music scene: club nights like Ritual, Solouk and Tropichaos, and end-of-year functions for teams like Wesfarmers and DLA Piper.
So she knows how to build energy, and when to hold it. Deep house and disco while the directors are still there, current hits once the grads take over. Speeches and awards land on time. Nobody has to chase the DJ.

The Sound Brief
Before the night, Ivy asks a few questions: three words your company uses about itself, the tone to avoid, and who's in the room. She turns your answers into a one-page Sound Brief for you to sign off. On the night, it's her run sheet.

Speeches and awards, cued
Every walk-up, award and toast gets its own music cue, timed with your MC. No silences while someone looks for the next track.

A mashup for your team
Your team votes for two songs. Ivy blends them into one mashup for the final moment of the night, made for your function only.

The Brand Booth
Your logo on the DJ booth.
Ivy designs a front panel for her booth with your company logo. It sits behind every speech, toast and team photo of the night.
1. Your logo, front and centre. Your branding wrapped across the front of the booth, in every photo.
2. The boss drops the anthem. To close the night, your CEO or Secret Santa winner steps behind the booth and plays the song your team voted for.
3. Keep it. Hang the panel in the office, or Ivy stores it for your next event.
Your logo looks are for Signature bookings and up, confirmed by 15 November. Logo files and written approval are due 10 business days before the event. Custom branding, backlit, LED and garden are upgrades, price on request.

A full production build for your venue, with partner crews brought in and one point of contact.
Fridays and Saturdays from 20 November start at Signature. Epic (Silver, Gold or Diamond) runs up to 6 hours, price on request. A wireless mic for speeches is available as an add-on.

1. Your logo on the booth
Ivy designs a front panel for her booth with your company logo, and your team votes for the song she closes the night with. For Signature bookings and up, it's $240 + GST instead of the usual $480.
2. The organiser's kit
A one-page proposal you can forward for approval, Ivy's insurance certificate sent straight to your venue, and one invoice with her ABN for your accounts team.
3. Your night, as a playlist
The morning after, you get a Spotify playlist of the night to share with the team. The anthem, the floor-fillers, the one everyone sang to.
All of the above is included when your booking is confirmed by Sunday 15 November.

The dancefloor guarantee
If your dancefloor isn't moving after speeches and toasts, your next event with Ivy is 50% off.
Applies when there's a clear area to dance near the decks and at least an hour of music after the formalities.
Your deposit is safe
Plans change. If your function is cancelled, your deposit moves to any event with Ivy in the next 12 months. If Ivy ever can't play, she finds you a DJ she trusts or refunds you in full within 14 days.

Questions organisers ask.
What does the venue need?
A dry space about 3 × 2 m for the booth, a 240V power point within 10 m, and shelter if it's outdoors. Ivy sorts load-in and finish times directly with your venue.
Is Ivy insured?
Yes. Her insurance certificate goes straight to your venue as part of the organiser's kit.
Does she MC?
No. Your MC should be someone who loves you. Ivy cues every walk-up, award and toast around them. A wireless mic is available as an add-on.
What if the night runs over?
If Ivy is free and the venue allows it, extra time is $166 an hour in 30-minute blocks.
Outside Perth?
Prices include travel within 50 km of the Perth CBD. Further out, travel is quoted, and parking, tolls and ferry fares are added. If the venue is more than two hours' drive and finishes after 11pm, accommodation is needed.
What if we need to cancel?
Plans change. Your deposit can move to any event with Ivy in the next 12 months.
How to book
Book it, sign it, plan the music.
1. Book your date. Send the form with your date. It's first come, first served, so dates can't be held.
2. Sign and pay 50%. Within one business day, you get a one-page proposal to forward, the agreement to sign online, and one invoice you can pay by card. The deposit locks your date in.
3. Plan the music. Your team votes for the anthem, you and Ivy map out speeches and timings, and the balance is due 5 days before.
Need a PO number or a supplier form filled in? Send it with your booking. Over 150 guests? Book a 15-minute call first.

Ivy has your details. Your proposal, agreement and invoice will arrive within one business day from start@djivy.com.au. Dates are first come, first served, so your date is locked in once the deposit is paid.
