Weddings across Perth, the Swan Valley and the South West — from intimate ceremonies to full receptions in wine country. Your wedding isn't a playlist to press play on; it's a night with an arc, and my job is to shape it — the ceremony, the golden hour, the first dance, the floor that doesn't empty till the lights come up. I read the room and build it live, so every moment lands when it should. Sound, lighting and energy, handled as one, so you're with your guests and I'm with the room.

FAQS

The questions I'm asked most, answered honestly. If yours isn't here, just ask.

Before you book

How far ahead should we book?

Most weddings lock in 8 to 14 months out, and peak Saturdays go earliest. If your date matters, start the conversation early — I take on a limited number of weddings so each one gets my full attention.

How do we secure our date?

Once it feels right, a 50% deposit (or full payment) confirms your date — from that moment it's yours, and I turn away other enquiries for it. The balance is due five days before the wedding. Simple, no back-and-forth.

What does it cost?

Weddings fall into three levels, depending on scale and production:

Wedding Set — from $2,000
Wedding Designed — from $3,500
Wedding Production — from $5,500.

Final pricing depends on your venue, timing and what the night needs — not a fixed template. Getting married in the South West? Travel and a night's stay are folded into the quote.

Do you take a deposit? Is it refundable?

Yes, 50% to confirm. The deposit secures your date and covers planning already underway, so it's non-refundable — but if you need to move the date, I'll always try to make it work.
The night

Do you just play music, or handle the whole floor?

The whole floor. Sound scaled to your venue, lighting that moves with the night, the flow from ceremony to last song, and the set read live — all designed as one, so you're not stitching together separate suppliers.

Can we choose the music?

Yes, and it's built around you. Share your must-plays, your do-not-plays, and the general direction — I read the room and mix it live, so your favourites land at the right moment, not just somewhere in the night. A tight, meaningful list tells me your taste far better than a giant one.

Do you take requests on the night?

Here's my honest take: the best floors aren't taken by request — they're taken by surprise. When the booth turns into a queue, the magic leaks out; the room stops dancing and starts negotiating. So let me do what you're hiring me for — read the room, catch the wave, and drop the track nobody knew they needed until it hit. Your do-not-plays are sacred, always. Everything else? Trust me to find the moment. That's the whole trick.

Will you MC as well?

I'll handle the essentials — first dance, cake, entrances, keeping the timeline moving. But my focus is the vibe, through the music, and that's where I'm most valuable to your night. For full hosting, a professional MC is worth it — or, genuinely, a close friend who knows you can be even better. I'll work seamlessly with whoever it is.
Setup & logistics

Do you bring your own sound and lighting?

Yes — everything's provided and scaled to the space, so it feels clean and balanced, never overdone or underpowered.

Will your setup affect how our wedding looks?

No — it's built to sit into the space. Clean booth, controlled lighting, no visual clutter, so nothing pulls focus from your styling.

Do you work with our planner and venue?

Always, and gladly. Timings, access and flow are sorted with them ahead of time, so you never have to step in and coordinate.

Can you cover ceremony and cocktail hour too?

Yes — ceremony sound through to cocktail-hour atmosphere, so the whole day flows into the reception without a gap.

Do we need to plan every detail?

Not at all — and you won't be doing it alone. Every couple gets my wedding planning guide, built from years of running these nights: it walks you through the timeline, the key moments, and the decisions that actually matter, so nothing gets missed. Be as involved or as hands-off as you like — some couples arrive with a clear vision, others just know how they want it to feel. Both are handled the same way: calmly, and without the overwhelm.
Planning & travel

Do you help with planning the music side?

Yes — every couple gets my wedding planning guide, put together from years of experience. It covers the run sheet, the key moments, the songs worth locking in early, and the things most couples forget until it's too late. You're not starting from a blank page — you're working from something that already knows where the pitfalls are.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes — across WA, the Swan Valley, and the South West (Margaret River, Yallingup, Busselton). Travel and accommodation are arranged so a regional wedding runs as smoothly as a local one.
