What's actually included?
Setup and pack-down, sound and lighting scaled to your venue, a planning call, your must-plays played and your do-not-plays respected, and public liability insurance. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
How do I lock in my date?
A 50% deposit confirms it, and the balance is due 5 days before the event. Once you've said yes, Ivy sends the details so you can pay the deposit.
What happens after I enquire?
Ivy replies within 24 hours with availability and a straight price. If it looks like a good fit, you go from there. If you'd like to talk first, book a 15-minute call.
How do I know Ivy is the right fit?
Read the reviews, hear a full set on SoundCloud, or chat with her first. If she isn't the right fit for your night, she'll tell you.
What does Ivy do on the night?
She arrives early and sets up sound and lighting before your guests arrive, plays the music you planned together and reads the room as the night goes on. When it's over, she packs down.
What if my date's already gone?
Ivy will tell you straight away so you're not left waiting. Send your date anyway, because plans sometimes change.
Can we change things later?
Yes. Music, timings and must-play lists can change as your plans develop. Just tell Ivy as early as you can. If your date or venue changes, she'll do her best to move things around.
