The way a room feels isn't decoration; it's part of whether the night works. Not louder than it should be, not flat when it needs lift, never a distraction when focus matters. I handle sound, music and flow as one, matched to each phase — arrival, formalities, then the release into the night. Everything's read against the room, the audience and the purpose, so it runs clean, stays in your control, and reflects exactly what you need it to.

Before you book
How far ahead should we book?
Most corporate events lock in 3 to 6 months out, with launches and end-of-year dates going earliest. For key brand moments, earlier is safer — I take on a limited number of events at once.
How does pricing work?
Corporate events fall into three levels:
Corporate Standard — from $1,800
Corporate Designed — from $2,800
Corporate Production — from $4,500
The final figure reflects your scale, production needs and run-of-show — not a generic package. Full tax invoice provided, GST included.

Can you share past clients or references?
Yes. I've worked with the likes of Wesfarmers, FLUOR, Komodo, Betashares and QT, and delivered brand work including Fever's Banksy press night, Ray White's Great Gatsby Gala and the SHEIN activation. Relevant examples for your event type can be shared on request.
Do you take a deposit? Is it refundable?
Yes, 50% to confirm. The deposit secures your date and covers planning already underway, so it's non-refundable — but if you need to move the date, I'll always try to make it work.

Is this just music, or full event support?
It's part of the event, not an add-on. Sound designed for each phase, music direction matched to your audience, and the energy read and steered live — so the night flows the way you need it to.
Can you adapt across the different parts of the night?
Yes. Arrival, networking, formalities, then the release into the party — each phase asks for something different, and the approach shifts to match. A corporate night isn't one tone; it moves.
Will the music suit our brand and audience?
Always. It's shaped around who's in the room, your industry, and the purpose of the event — a product launch, an awards night and an internal celebration all call for something different. Never louder or looser than the occasion needs.
Do you take requests during the event?
Selectively — read against the room, the brand and the moment, so the energy stays consistent rather than jumping around.
Coordination & professionalism
Do you work with our planners, agency and AV team?
Yes, as standard. You're not managing communication between suppliers — everything's aligned ahead of time and run as one.
Can you follow a run sheet and hit key cues?
Precisely. Speaker walk-ons, award cues, segment transitions — these are tracked and hit in real time. Missing them isn't an option, and I plan for them well before the day.
Can you MC as well?
I'll handle the essentials — cues, transitions, keeping the run-of-show moving. For a stronger stage presence, a professional MC is worth it, and I'll coordinate seamlessly with yours or your host.
Setup & reliability
Do you provide sound and lighting?
Yes — scaled to the space, from subtle background audio to full production. The aim is clarity and control, not excess. For brand events, the booth and props can be custom-branded to match your identity — your logo, your colours, built into the setup so it reads as part of the event, not a hired add-on.
Can the setup be branded to our event?
Yes. For brand events and launches, the DJ booth and props can be custom-branded — your logo, your colours, your identity built into the setup. It turns the booth from a piece of equipment into part of the brand moment, and it photographs well for your social and event recap. Coordinated through my crew and confirmed in planning.
Can you handle large or multi-zone events?
Yes — from networking spaces to large venues, the setup adapts or expands as needed, with crew brought in for bigger builds.
What's your backup if something fails?
Reliability is planned in. Backup gear on hand, a tested contingency, and I arrive early and unhurried so everything's checked well before guests. I'm also fully insured (public liability) — certificates provided for venue and compliance requirements.

How involved do we need to be?
As much or as little as you like. Some clients send a detailed brief, others just outline objectives — both are handled with the same structure and clarity.
How do we start planning?
It begins with a free video call — just you, or your whole team. We walk through your event, your objectives and what the night needs to do, so everyone's aligned before anything's booked. From there, I handle the detail.
Do you handle everything behind the scenes?
Yes — setup to pack-down, coordination to execution, run without pulling your focus off the event.
Can you bring live musicians?
Yes — sax, percussion, vocals or dancers, brought in live beside the decks when a night calls for more. Arranged around the moment, and quoted upfront.
